Sms delivery repot feature was totally free in past. Users feel tension free after receiving delivery reports. While huge sms buckets came in market & companies were offering cheap sms rate due to this to stop hanging system in sms they stop delivery reports.

Now only Mobilink & warid are giving free sms delivery report while ufone giving this service at 9.99 plus tax/month.
